We value all of our customers and will do our best to make sure your shopping experience with us is easy and enjoyable.
Buy with confidence as we will never knowingly sell anything that is not of high quality- the aim of our company is to sell only quality items. (We aim to make photographs as true to life as possible but colours may vary a little due to digital imagining.)
We offer secure payment through paypal, so please feel assured that your personal details are safe. With us you can pay using all methods including over the telephone (see number below). With checks we do wait for them to clear before dispatching goods.
When you place your order you will receive confirmation from us. When we receive confirmation of payment we will send your goods as soon as possible.
If your item is not in stock, we may be able to order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit card security is very important to us, we only use recognised reputable service providers to ensure your complete transaction safety. We do not capture or store your credit card details on our site. The payment service provider handles all card transactions in a secure encrypted environment.
RETURNS POLICY
Little Nippers want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure your item gets to you promptly and in good condition, we check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods.
Unfortunatley we do not offer free returns (with the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item).
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.
**The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 7 days (sorry sale items cannot be returned or exchanged).

**We strongly suggest you post your item back to us using Royal Mail first or second class recorded delivery which will insure your parcel against loss or damage on its return journey as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
**Please note if you are returning a non faulty item, the product must be in a resaleable condition for us to issue a refund, ie Little Nippers will not refund for items that have been subjected to a smoky atmosphere or that have marks or damage of any kind.

DELIVERY
As soon as we have confirmation of payment , goods will be sent to you by Royal Mail Recorded delivery . Our standard charge is £3.95 per order for UK residents- (parcels will need to be signed for, if nobody is there first time a card will be left with a collection point.)Delivery for this service is usually between 1- 5 days. If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days please contact us and we will be able to find out where it is.
